Arcoplast Perfect flush glaze window housings are manufactured to accommodate single or double glazing. Perfect flush glaze window assemblies are designed to seamlessly integrate into Arcoplast Primary Barriers used in high containment facilities up to PC4 / BSL-4.
Molded GelCoat fiberglass window housings are designed to accommodate a range of wall thicknesses from 3 to 10 inches. The vision panel is carefully fitted into a rubber gasket to ensure a tight reliable seal. The frame features rounded corners, an interior molded section, radius edges and has the Arcoplast GelCoat high-gloss antimicrobial surface.
The Pultruded fiberglass window housing system is robust, has excellent chemical and stain resistance, and is ideally suited for demanding workloads where stringent cleaning regimes are a 24/7 event.
GLAZING : PERFECT FLUSH FRAME
The Arcoplast flush glazed window is designed for internal and external applications. It is available with a single or double glazing and there are options of different thicknesses and types of glass.
The aluminum frame houses silica gel desiccant moisture absorption packs. The window frame is manufactured from anodized extruded aluminum, featuring a double-wall construction for installation in load-bearing or non-load-bearing walls.
Arcoplast flush glaze windows are designed to fit snuggly into a standard 3 5/8" (92mm) or 6" (150mm) metal stud frame. The windows are supplied ready to install or as an assembly kit. The fitted window seamlessly integrates into the Arcoplast primary barrier ensuring a perfectly flush, seamless finish that meets cGMP standards.
Arcoplast flush glazed windows have been tested onsite to sustain up to 20 minutes at 3000 pascal. Arcoplast flush glazed windows have a long life cycle and require no ongoing maintenance programs.

The Arcoplast Perfect glazing system presents a flush to flush streamline finish, integrating walls, floor and glazing into a single membrane, thus conducive to efficient cleaning, decon and sterilization.

GLAZING : GELCOAT MOLDED FRAME
Arcoplast fiberglass reinforced window frames are designed for new and existing constructions. The sectional tunnel frames cater to a variety of different wall thicknesses, ranging from : 3 to 10 inch (76 to 254mm) in depth. The vision panel is fitted into a rubber gasket that accommodates 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 inch (6, 9.5, 12.5 mm) glass sheet or acrylic pane.
The rounded corners, interior molded section radius edges are finished with the Arcoplast ultra smooth, high-gloss antimicrobial GelCoat surface.

GLAZING : PULTRUDED FRAME
The Arcoplast pultruded window profile is engineered for strength and durability, this is achieved using advanced materials and precision construction to deliver a robust performance in the most challenging conditions.
Key Features
The profile's material composition includes fiberglass strands, which are the core structural component, providing high tensile strength. Class A fire-rated resins are used to ensure the profile is resistant to fire. Surface veils are integrated to enhance surface quality, resulting in a smooth finish with excellent chemical and stain resistance, ideally suited for demanding conditions.
Construction Details
The window frame profile features precision mitered corners, allowing for seamless joining and a clean, finished appearance. To reinforce these joints, 12 gauge galvanised corner brackets are used, adding extra structural support to the corners. The assembled unit is lightweight, simplifying handling and installation. Its design is intended to facilitate quick and easy installation, reducing labor and time costs.
