ACCESS & SERVICE HATCHES
Arcoplast Access or Service hatches range in size, shape and function. Some service hatches are fitted with an enclosure shell for housing devices, with these type of hatches the primary barrier is maintained, regardless if the hatch door is open or closed.
Access hatches allow entry into a wall cavity or the interstitial space of a ceiling. When the hatch door is closed, the hatch door seal ensures the primary barrier is maintained up to BSL-3.
Most Arcoplast hatches can be fitted with a viewing window for real-time equipment monitoring. Hatches can be purpose or retrofitted into walls, ceilings, and Arcoform protective shrouds such as bulkheads, fascias, or utility chases.
The hatch door can be fitted with a clear, high impact, abrasive resistant polycarbonate window designed for 24-7 monitoring of gauges and visual inspections.
The orientation of the hatch can be vertical or horizontal. The hatch door swings on a continuous stainless steel hinge. A pair, or single set of stainless steel low profile compression pull latches secure the hatch.
For secure access areas, a compression pull key locking latch is available.
Arcoplast Access and Service hatches are integrated into the primary barrier using A-2020 structural adhesive, 4 hours latter, A-1010 Bio-Seal is used to seal and finish the seam joints.
Arcoplast Access and Service hatches are designed to be wall or ceiling mounted, and are available in a range of sizes.

WINDOW SERVICE HATCH
